In the world there are millions of deaf people wich their first language cannot be an oral one. What is known about deaf people is one of the first questions for the development of this essay. The goal of this searching is knowing how deaf people use the tools of cinema to get included. First of all, it was necessary to know the deaf culture, the fighting process and the cultural achievements throughout the history, how deaf people were seen, before getting the possibility of education until the sign language was created. Understanding that, it was meant to know and analyze the creative process while making a visual work. With that in mind, we approached the silent films to seek and find the working similarities of some of the tools, like the intertitles, the pantomimes, the repetition of the scenes, etc. In this essay an interview was also made with a deaf director wich found out a way to convey, in an easy way, the tools necessary to create this work, using images, sign language, a script based on images, applying the laws of accessibility so everyone can reach these materials, from deaf people as much as hearing ones.
