Resumo
El presente trabajo tiene como principal objetivo comprender la percepción de los
agricultores familiares sobre las practicas cooperativistas, y a su vez propósitos específicos de
como estas practicas se desarrollan en relación al mercado local observando como estos habitos
cooperativistas influyen en el cuadro social de los productores familiares indicando factores
que estimulan a la propia cooperación.
Este trabajo ha sido realizado en base al análisis crítico de la revisión bibliográfica sobre la
agricultura familiar y el cooperativismo, ya que estos son los ejes centrales para describir la
percepción de los agricultores familiares sobre las prácticas cooperativistas.
Para llevar a cabo la investigación recolecté datos haciendo entrevistas a agricultores familiares
inseridos en cooperativas o en alguna asiciación y también revisé información bibliográfica con
documentación técnica sobre el tema abordado.
Teniendo en cuenta que la agricultura familiar es una forma de vida y una cuestión cultural
cuyo objetivo principal es la reproducción social de las familias en condiciones dignas y por
medio de ésta el agricultor familiar es el encargado de crear alternativas para lograr satisfacer
sus propias necesidades básicas.
En el caso de Paraguay el concepto de agricultura familiar no es tan utilizada, ya que se emplea
otro tipo de definición como de pequeños, medianos y grandes productores, llevando en
consideración las pocas cantidades de tierras que poseen.
Dentro de este concepto la cooperación llega a tomar un rol importante en medio del sistema
de la agricultura familiar como una forma de vida, o simplemente es parte de su propia cultura
la cual viene siendo heredada.
Finalmente podemos darnos cuenta que en las leyes del estatuto agrario del 2002, se establece
una cierta cantidad de hectáreas para cada productor (10 hectareas), mientras que el propio
estado no esta cumpliendo con estas normas, y pasa por alto dichos problemas sin importarle la
vida digna de los campesinos paraguayos.
The present work has as principal aim understand the perception of the familiar farmers on the practical members of a cooperative; and in turn specific intentions of how these practices develop in relation to the local market observing how these habits members of a cooperative influence the social framework of the familiar producers indicating factors that they stimulate to the own cooperation. This work has been realized on the basis of the critical analysis of the bibliographical review on the family agriculture and the cooperativism, since these are the backbones to describe the perception of the familiar farmers on the cooperative practices. To carry out the investigation I collected information doing interview with family farmers inserted in cooperatives or in some association, also I checked bibliographical information with technical documentation on the approached topic. Taking into account that the familiar agriculture is a form of life and a cultural issue whose main objective is the social reproduction of families in worthy conditions and by means of this one the familiar farmer is the manager of creating alternatives to manage to satisfy his own basic needs. In case of Paraguay, the concept of familiar agriculture is not so used, since there is used another type of definition as of small, medium and big producers, having in consideration few quantities of lands that they possess. Inside this concept the cooperation manages to take an important role in middle of the system of the familiar agriculture as a form of life, or simply it is a part of his own culture which comes being inherited. Finally, we can realize that in the Laws of the Agrarian Statute of 2002, a certain quantity of hectares is established for every producer (10 hectares), while the state itself is not complyingwith these standards, and it overlooks the above mentioned problems without importing for him the worthy life of the Paraguayan peasants
