Parámetros de Preservación del área Histórica de San Ignacio Guazú

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo valorizar el patrimonio arquitectónico de San Ignacio Guazú-Paraguay mediante acciones preventivas para la protección física del bien arquitectónico de la ciudad, apoyada en las atribuciones de la Ley Nacional N° 5621/16 de Protección de Patrimonio cultural. El área de estudio inicialmente corresponde a la primera reducción de la Compañía de Jesús en el Paraguay, fundada en 1609 donde actualmente sobrevive parte de lo que fue esa reducción y casas pos jesuítica finales del siglo XXlll. Estos parámetros parten del levantamiento de los edificios que representan un valor historio, parte importante que contribuyeron para la formación de la ciudad de San Ignacio Guazú, clasificándolas de acuerdo al criterio establecido por este trabajo, luego la delimitación de un centro histórico con dos tipos de Áreas, de preservación intensiva, que demarca el sector más antiguo de la ciudad, donde se concentran los edificios emblemáticos de la época de las Reducciones jesuitas y algunas casas antiguas, y el Área de Transición, que corresponde al área inmediata de preservación intensiva. Eso formará un área de protección donde se aplicaran normativas semejantes de protección, con el fin de articular al Centro histórico delimitado por este trabajo. Este trabajo busca proponer parámetros e inculcar a la ciudadanía para una educación patrimonial, y sea un factor que contribuye para la concientización de los valores de los patrimonios

The present work aims to enhance the architectural heritage of San Ignacio Guazú - Paraguay through preventive actions for the physical protection of the architectural property of the city, supported by the attributions of the National Law No. 5621/16 on the Protection of Cultural Heritage. The study area initially corresponds to the first reduction of the Society of Jesus in Paraguay, founded in 1609, where part of what was that reduction and late post-Jesuit houses of the XXI century survives. These parameters start from the survey of the buildings that represent a historical value, an important part that contributed to the formation of the city of San Ignacio Guazú, classifying them according to the criterion established by this work, after the delimitation of a historical center with two types of areas of intensive preservation, which demarcates the oldest sector of the city, where the emblematic buildings of the period of the Jesuit Reductions and some old houses are concentrated, and the Transition Area, which corresponds to the immediate area of intensive preservation. This will form an area of protection where similar regulations of protection will be applied, in order to articulate the Historic Center delimited by this work. Besides placing parameters, this work aims to inculcate that the citizenship of San Ignacio Guazú becomes a factor that contributes to the awareness of the values of the patrimonies
