Estéticas Afro-Latino-Americanas: o Movimento Hip Hop no contexto da política internacional

Abstract

A partir da década de 1980 vive-se um período de transformações estruturais nas Relações Internacionais, como a mudança do sistema bipolar para multipolar, a emergência de novos atores e agendas internacionais. Diante esse contexto, o presente trabalho traz à luz a insurgência das ações sócias e culturais na política mundial através das narrações poéticas do Rap, estilo musical do Movimento Hip Hop. Para compreender esses processos de transformações culturais nas Relações Internacionais, utilizamos como método de pesquisa uma observação etnográfica arraigado a um estudo das representações das imagens, símbolos e trabalhos monográficos sobre o Movimento Hip Hop no contexto urbano de foz do Iguaçu e suas articulações político-socioculturais na região de fronteira, Ciudad Del Este – Paraguay, Puerto Iguazú – Argentina e Foz do Iguçau – Brasil. O marco teórico repousa um olhar sobre as abordagens construtivistas das Relações Internacionais, trazendo percepções sobre o processo de desenvolvimento da sociedade civil, enquanto força transnacional, entre as interações dos Estados modernos. Assim, a partir de uma releitura do processo de formação, estruturação e desenvolvimento do Movimento Hip Hop nos EUA e América Latina, realiza-se um estudo de campo sobre o rap iguaçuense a fim de compreender a partir das narrativas do Rap, novos olhares e percepções da política mundial, a partir do pertencimento local-global

From the 1980’s a period of structural change in International Relations begins, such as the changes from the bipolar system for multipolar and the emergence of new actors and international agendas. According to this context, this study brings to light the insurgency of the social and cultural actions in world politics through the poetic narrations of Rap, a musical style born to the Hip Hop Movement. To understand these processes of cultural transformations in International Relations, it was used as a research method the ethnographic observation rooted to the study of representations of images, symbols and also works monographs on the Hip Hop Movement in the urban context of Foz do Iguaçu and its political and socio-cultural articulations in the border region, Ciudad Del Este - Paraguay, Puerto Iguazú - Argentina and Foz do Iguçau - Brazil. The theoretical mark reclines on the constructivist perspectives of International Relations, and brings perceptions about the process of development of civil society, while as transnational strength, among the integrations of member States. Therefore, starting from a reevaluation of the formation, the process, the structure and the development of the hip hop movement in the USA and Latin America, a study field is conducted about the iguacuense rap in attempt to understand the narratives of the Rap, and also new perceptions of world politics, from the sense of belonging local and global
